The real estate market is constantly changing to be sure.  Today, buyer's expectations are inordinately high as there are about eight homes on the market for every one potential buyer.  Average market time for any given property can be four to six months or more.  Accordingly, I believe a seller's opportunities are either gained or lost as a direct result of how they prepare, price and present their home for sale and who it is they choose to consult with to accomplish each of those critical undertakings.
 
I provide a full range of buyer and seller real estate services targeted at achieving results!  If you are a seller, I will personally assess your property and tell you exactly what aspects need to be addressed prior to listing.  If you are a buyer, I will work to find properties that fit your needs and wants.  I will also help you assess the comparative quality, condition and value of each of those potential properties.  And, I always negotiate the best possible price, terms and conditions for each of my customers.
