Home Designer/Builder, 1997 - 2004. Owner and designer for residential
design/build construction company with 30 unit, $12M average annual sales volume. Managed over 50 employees and
vendors. Doubled total annual
sales volume within twenty-four months of going-company purchase by re-designing product line and associated construction
systems and components while retaining loyalty of subcontractor and supplier base. Personally managed all aspects of business operations and production including sales,
marketing, product design, budgeting, estimating, finance and product service. Responsible for the development and review of all schematic drawings and construction
documents including plans, elevations, sections, construction details and related notes prior to automated drafting, permitting
and construction. Initiated
the development of internal systems and processes that increased production efficiency and product quality consistency including
